Aston Martin DB2 tank.
This tank is a direct swap for the original steel tank and is the best quality available. The sender unit mount and fuel supply mount are machined fittings welded into place on the inside. It comes with six stainless steel Allen headed bolts and washers to secure the sender unit and two to secure the fuel supply. The breather and drain plug are in the correct positions.

It is a straight swap for the standard steel tank and the best quality that you will find.
The sender unit mount and the two fuel mounts shown below are machined fittings welded in place on the inside. They come complete with stainless steel Allen headed bolts and washers, and a new gasket for the sender unit mount.
The underside of the baffled tank is correctly shaped as per the original tank and has the drain plug in the correct position.

We have made these tanks with an additional baffle near to the filler neck. This is designed to stop the common DB4 issue of fuel surging to the filler cap when cornering.

Aston Martin DB5 twin tanks as fitted to saloon with factory air conditioning.
These twin tanks were fitted to the DB5 saloon which had the factory air conditioning fitted. They were located in the rear wings and are different to the Volante tanks.
Both the sender unit mount and the fuel pick up mount are machined fittings welded in place on the inside. The sender unit mount comes complete with x6 stainless steel allen headed retaining bolts and washers, and a new gasket. The fuel feed mount has x2 of the same bolts and washers included.

Aston Martin V8 carb tank

This tank is unique in that it is the only replacement V8 aluminium tank that allows for fitting of the original sender unit which is retained by a locking ring.
The tank is also unique in that it has an improved fuel pick up over the standard tank, which reduces the chance of fuel surge during cornering.

Again, this aluminium tank is a straight swap for the standard steel tank and the very best available.
It is unique in that it is the only replacement DBS aluminium tank that allows for fitting of the original sender unit which is retained by a locking ring. That sender unit mount, the two hole fuel pick up mount and the six hole mount on the top of the tank are all machined fittings welded in place on the inside. These will not leak unlike some tanks sourced elsewhere.
