Standard size fuel tank in aluminium.
The standard tank in aluminium instead of steel, and fitted with a threaded fuel supply connector as per the original. The sender unit mount is a welded in boss instead of a mount stamped from the tank body as on other tanks, which then often leak.
Includes sender gasket and stainless steel allen headed bolts and washers.
The threaded outlet on the original tanks were either placed as in the picture above or next to the sender unit mount. We can place them in either position or elsewhere.

Elite 10 gallon long range aluminium fuel tank.
This is a direct copy of the 10 gallon long range aluminium tank provided as an option by Lotus originally. We can make and supply these with either the standard size diameter of fuel filler neck or with the very large diameter for the Le Mans style quick filler cap.

10 gallon (45.5 litres) long range race tank, safety foam filled.
This is filled with safety foam so is suitable for use in international FIA events. With the addition of the safety foam you lose approx 2% capacity. The breather is on the filler neck (can be elsewhere) and the tank is fitted with either an Aeroquip style AN fitting (recommend -6 size), push on or threaded fitting for the fuel outlet.

13.64 gallon (62 litres) very long range race tank, safety foam filled.
As above but to the larger capacity of 62 litres. We have made two of these tanks for cars racing in the Spa 6 hours. Uses standard filler neck.

13.64 gallon (62 litres) very long range race tank, safety foam filled with in boot filler neck and cap, and catch bowl (MSA and FIA requirement).
This is the Elite 13.64 gallon tank, safety foam filled tank which has a standard sender unit mount (comes as shown with new gasket and x6 stainless steel allen headed bolts and washers) and a protective aluminium “cage” for the sender units movement to stop the safety foam fouling it. There is an aluminium filler cap, a catch bowl with run off pipe, and a breather at the base of the filler neck. This tank was fitted with two -6 (dash 6) AN fuel supply fittings.
